If you wish you can ask your GP or other health professional to refer you to me at that address below. Alternatively, you can refer yourself either by contacting me directly or via the BUPA Parkway Hospital in Solihull. You can also send me your details using the form opposite. I will then contact you within 48 hours (assuming I'm not on holiday) to arrange a mutually convenient appointment for you. Please note that this is not a secure site.
